Breaking News – Removing liens and judgments from credit report

The standards have changed that allow Lies and judgments to be added to your credit report. Non-compliant entries started to be removed July 1, 2017.

The following statement from Consumer Data Industry Association who represent the Credit Reporting Bureaus:

Launched in March 2015 after cooperative discussions and an agreement with a group of State Attorneys Generals, the NCAP includes multiple initiatives.

This is the reason that the new changes are taking place.
