AT&T Commands Highest Overall Customer Satisfaction Thanks to iPhones

Overall satisfaction with cell phone service is highest among AT&T customers, followed by Sprint and T-Mobile. That’s because AT&T has a higher percentage of its customers owning iPhones. A J.D. Power study found that T-Mobile has the lowest monthly cost compared to AT&T, Sprint and Verizon. The average price for a smart phone has been $174 since 2011, but now that discounted two year service agreements are being eliminated, customers will soon be paying full price of $202.
